NHP continues to listen to your feedback and use it to make it easier for you to deal with us online. The latest improvement is customers who are registered for the NHP Portal can now track the status of orders, including:
Estimated despatch date - if the item is yet to be despatched, you’ll be able to see the estimated date that your order will leave your local NHP warehouse. This is based on the best information we have at the time and will be updated as we receive new shipping information.
Delivery tracking* – once the order has been despatched, the status will update and a hyperlinked tracking number will become available which you can click for more information.
